So Handmade's Returns and Refunds Page
I gladly accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery, if item is received back in pristine condition refund or exchange will be given.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given for the following reasons:
If a product is faulty and I am notified within 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details.
Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return delivery.
If an error has been made on my part I will gladly exchange at my cost.
If packages are returned to me undelivered for whatever reason the customer is responsible for any redelivery costs. Refunds will not be made.
